We at Alacrity Insurance Brokers pride ourselves in our Claim Management capabilities. As insurance brokers we feel Claims Management is our first and foremost duty and is above all else.

We have a very experienced team to tackle all sorts of claims that could arise.

We have had a lot of experience in dealing with settlement of large claims of corporates in Marine Insurance, all sorts of Fire Insurance, Industrial All Risk Insurance, etc. Our claims team has a vast ocean of knowledge and experience in dealing with the same. We are very adept in managing large claims with PSU Insurance Companies as well as the Private Companies. We maintain a very close working relationship with the companies that we patronize, this is what enables us to provide a far superior claims service for our clients.

On the retail side, we on a daily basis deal with multiple claims on health and motor insurance, and our claims teams is extremely adept and hand holding the client through the entire process and removing the burden of paperwork and follow up from them.

Ashutosh Gupta – Director

Ashutosh Gupta is a Director at Alacrity Insurance Brokers Pvt. Ltd., where he brings strategic clarity, operational discipline, and a modern, technology-driven outlook to the organization. His leadership is instrumental in shaping Alacrity’s long-term vision and ensuring the company remains committed to transparency, ethical practices, and customer-first service.

Ashutosh completed his BA (Honours) in Business Management from the University of Exeter, where he built a strong foundation in business strategy, finance, and organizational leadership. He further enhanced his expertise with a Master’s in Management, Information Systems & Innovation from the London School of Economics (LSE), giving him deep insight into digital transformation, data-driven decision making, and modern management practices.

At Alacrity, he oversees key functions including business development, corporate strategy, and process optimization. His educational background and global exposure enable him to drive innovation in the insurance broking space, modernize internal systems, and build stronger, more efficient client-focused solutions.
